Career: She joined AM&L as a law clerk in 2002. Since then she has developed herself in the area of the protection of intellectual property rights through information analysis, market research, administrative and criminal proceedings and border measures. She has participated in various courses for governmental employees such as experts attached to General Attorney´s Office and Customs staff.


She was invited as an expert speaker at events like the 14th Annual Anti-Counterfeiting Fraud Conference organized by Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP (Toronto, Canada, 2009) and the National Anti-Counterfeiting Conference organized by the International Quality & Productivity Center (New York, 2010). Chairwoman of the Litigation Committee of AMPPI.

Academic: Degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM, 2004) (recognition for having obtained the 2nd highest average of her generation). Specialty in Criminal Law from the Graduate Studies Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
