Career: Mr. Murphy has twenty years of experience in intellectual property litigation, prosecution and transactional matters in the United States and internationally. His specific expertise is in trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation in the United States; proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; and trademark clearance, prosecution and portfolio management.

Academic: Mr. Murphy holds a Juris Doctor, granted by Northwestern University (1990), and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, granted by Wesleyan University (1987). He is a member of the Illinois Bar.
