Career: Before establishing Arochi, Marroquín & Lindner, Mr. Arochi was responsible for the administration and co-ordination of the Intellectual Property Department at a major international firm's Mexico City office. Mr. Arochi has acted as copyright, patent and licensing law expert witness before the US Federal Courts regarding Mexican Law and also for the Americas before WIPO regarding patent issues. In the survey for the 2004 Guide to the World's Leading Trademark Law Practitioners; Mr. Arochi received more individual nominations than any other practitioners in Mexico. Recently, Mr. Arochi was elected by Latin Lawyer as one of the top IP law practitioners in Mexico and currently is the President of the Trademark Committee for the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property.

Academic: Law Degree granted from the Universidad Iberoamericana (1982). Professor of intellectual property law at the Universidad Panamericana and the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Juris Doctor studies at the Universidad Panamericana, currently writing dissertation.
